HOW LONG DO PRINTS TAKE TO PRODUCE AND SHIP?
Canvas print production - approximately two weeks for production and delivery of five to seven business days.
Paper print production - approximately one week for production and delivery of five to seven business days.
Free shipping included throughout Canada and the US (excluding Hawaii and Alaska). International orders may take longer please contact us. Delivery times are not guaranteed, especially during periods of high demand such as the holiday shopping season
HOW ARE CANVAS PRINTS SHIPPED?
Canvas prints are carefully packaged in bubble wrap and shipped in a cardboard box.
HOW ARE PAPER PRINTS SHIPPED?
Paper prints are packaged in a shipping tube, ready for you to put into your own frame.

ARE CANVAS PRINTS READY TO HANG?
All canvas prints come ready to hang.
Canvas prints are hand stretched onto Canadian kiln dried solid wood frames, with ready to hang wire, 1.5 depth Gallery Wrap. All canvas sizes 30" or above are fitted with a back strainer bar to further support the frame. We recommend when hanging larger pieces to use two nails in the wall for stability.
WHAT IS YOUR POLICY ON RETURNS/EXCHANGES/REFUNDS?
All sales are FINAL. We do our best to make sure that your prints are packaged very well, however, If your print arrives damaged, please keep all packaging, take photos, and contact us with your order number for further instructions.
